STORE POLICY

Processing time : Allow 2-4 BUSINESS days for order to be processed. Shipping takes APPROXIMATELY  2-5 BUSINESS  days depending on your location. We strive in providing speedy shipping, but sometimes it is out of our control. Tracking information will be sent automatically to email provided on order once the label is created. That does not mean it is shipped .. please try checking tracking the following day for updates. All orders are tracked by USPS & UPS and DHL. Bad & Boujee Beauty is NOT responsible for any LOST or STOLEN packages, you can pay more for signatured required delivery. By submitting an order on our site you are accepting these terms. 

RETURNS : There is NO Refunds/Returns/Exchanges once your order has been shipped. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  Please make sure you are ordering the correct item/s to avoid shipping delays. Please DOUBLE check your shipping address before you submit payment.
